Emerald City was the first custom manufactured houseboat built by Emerald Bay in 1999. It is 72 feet by 18ft with an aluminum super-structure on top of aluminum pontoons. The 2,760 square feet of houseboat includes 3 walkable decks, oversized sidewalks, fly-bridge, and a main cabin with a master suite above.
The boat runs off of a Volvo Penta V-6 with a dual prop. The inside is kept on with a 8500 watt Westerbeke generator. The interior is very confortable with two bathrooms, oversized kitchen with bar, and separated living areas. The top cabin is a separate master suite with a beautiful view of the lake.
