These are some of our current new boats and remodeling projects we have underway at Emerald Bay. You can view a larger image by clicking on the photos. This is an exciting part of the season. Most of the boats are nearing completion for summer. We also have some new houseboats for Lake Oroville, Lake McClure, and Kaweah Lake that will be released throughout the summer of 2008.
2008 20 X 70 Emerald Bay Custom Houseboat - Happy Ours is an example of a Houseboat with all of the bells and whistles. Happy Ours boast a Dual Prop Volvo Penta V6, rear, port, and starboard cameras, and a fully supported 110 system maintained with an Outback Solar System. The top deck has a 25' canopy, wet-bar with keg on tap, a full function fly-bridge, and it stores 4 jet-skis using a pivoting davit crane.
The interior is finished with cherry stained chair and crown trim, laminate floors, can lighting, and textured walls. Two shades of granite slab top the cherry cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Luxury features include three interior storage hatches, interior bar with tap, big screen TV with surround sound, Bose stereo system, and a self tracking Track Vision satellite system.
16 X 65 Emerald Bay Custom Built Houseboat - Sane Asylum is located at Pine Flat lake outside of Fresno, Ca. This boat has some custom features that make it stand out from the rest. A Dual Prop Volvo Penta V6, Westerbeke 5kw Gen/Set, 42 ft custom canopy, under boat storage, exterior shower and storage closet, and an outdoor shower are just a few of the features on the boat. The interior is finished beautifully with white maple cabinets with matching crown and chair rail trim. Can lights, a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and the matching leather furniture really set this boat apart.
